Do you have a private, mahrem area for hijabi clients?
The mahrem promise is the foundation of Zeynepce. The entire salon is women-only, and hijabi clients are served in a fully enclosed section that is not visible from the outside from the moment the hijab comes off. No male staff, no male clients, no male technicians — ever.
Is Zeynepce really a men-free, woman-to-woman salon in Çekmeköy?
Yes — being a men-free salon is Zeynepce's core commitment. Not a single male employee, even the maintenance is done by women, and no male client is admitted under any circumstance. We apply the hijabi-only salon standard from the door onward.
Are there any male staff or male clients in the salon?
No. Zeynepce is a 100% women-only salon at all times — the entire team is female, and only female clients are accepted. We do not employ male hairdressers, male assistants or male technicians, and no male client is admitted under any circumstance.
Do you do bridal makeup and hijab bridal styling?
Yes. We offer classic and hijab bridal styling, engagement styling, turban design and professional bridal makeup. On-location bridal service can also be arranged.
How can I cancel or change my appointment?
Please let us know on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment for cancellations or changes.
What are your working hours?
The salon is open every day from 09:00 to 20:00.
Can I come without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we recommend booking via WhatsApp to avoid waiting.
